Hide main browser scrollbar when widget slideout renders

In certain cases where the widget slideout has a vertical scrollbar, you can end up with a scenario where the iframe scrollbar and browser scrollbar are rendered right next to each other. Hide the browser scrollbar when the slideout renders, and restore it when it closes.
