Upgrade HDP2.4 docker image to use 2.4.2 repository

The following repository link for HDP 2.4.0 seems to be broken for three weeks. (This is used when creating HDP 2.4 docker images.)

http://public-repo-1.hortonworks.com/HDP/ubuntu12/2.x/updates/2.4.0.0/hdp.list

This is a very unusual case. But, HDInsight was already upgraded to use HDP 2.4.2 two weeks ago. We had better upgrade to HDP 2.4.2, too.
