Implement toString() for all RuntimePathProvider implementations

We need to log the commands that we execute on remote hosts when running REEF. For that, we need to implement .toString() method for all implementations of the RuntimePathProvider, e.g. UnixRuntimePathProvider, HDInsightRuntimePathProvider, etc.
