Improve testing documentation for REEF.NET

There are several things that need to be covered in our .NET build documentation:

• How to isolate one test or a group of tests when running in AppVeyor (useful for debug)
• How to filter out tests with Environment = Yarn when running tests locally from Visual Studio

This information can be dug up from relevant JIRAs but it's much better to keep it all in one place
