extract interface from bulk loader.

Bulk Loader class has it's own expected format which is not flexible.

Currently if user want to bulk load different format, then they have to change Bulk loader's custom format, fitst then run loader again.

It would be better to provide interface that get any reference then translate it into sequence of edge so custom format support can be easily done.
