    Description

      The symptom for this problem has been described in SAMZA-1523.
      Please note: SAMZA-1402 calls for a complete refactor of the schedulers in the Azure JobCoordinator. However, refactor is done or not, we need to guarantee ordering when the stream processor is being shutdown. Shutdown of the processor should allow for safe shutdown of the jobcoordinator schedulers and clean-up the table entries.
