Both of our git repos have moved:
This should be updated on the website.
Our mailing addresses have changed from @samza.incubator.apache.org to @samza.apache.org. The mailing lists should be updated.
All mentions of "incubator" should be removed.
The incubator logo and "pardon our dust" section should be removed and replaced with a normal Apache logo on the front page.
jghoman, should we remove the "Mentors" section from the committers page? Unclear to me if that translates beyond incubator.
Disclaimer should be updated or removed.
Update the Download page to point to the proper git repository.
Update the publication script to point to the proper SVN location.
