Update hello-samza to work with coordinator stream

Samza 0.10 uses coordinator stream. This requires a config change for specifying the coordinator stream system ("job.coordinator.system").
Hello-samza has been updated to use 0.10 snapshot in the latest branch. However, the config change is missing. This breaks the job.
