Add support of XPath and Filter 2.0 transforms with StAX

XPath transform is known to be very resource demanding when working with large XML documents using the DOM processing.

With StAX it is possible to execute document parsing using streaming, which may significantly benefit users with improved efficiency and reduced memory.

However, the current edition of Santuario Signature provides only a limited number of Transformer implementations, which makes it impossible to validate signatures created with XPath or XPath Filter 2.0 transforms.

Would it be possible to implement those Transforms within the StAX, at least with a limited support?
