Apply label all they way to the root of VOB

The release:prepare goal puts the label from where the project is and downwards in the tree. But the label is not applied all the yway up to the root of the VOB. To ensure that EXACTLY the same version of everything is used at a later point I think that the label should be applied all the way to the root.
