Enable setMetastoreListener in the tests so that we can debug flaky test failures from local testing enviroment

    Description

      Started to see many hive e2e test failures from real cluster test jobs, however when run tests locally, tests always pass. Enable setMetastoreListener so that the tests can have consistent results between local and real cluster setup.

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. SENTRY-850 Fix dbprovider test failures when run on a real cluster or setMetastoreListener = true, when db/tab gets recreated their associated privileges will be deleted.
