"mvn clean install" should succeed without any additional parameter

This is not a major issue but the fact that one needs to run with an additional host specific parameter for a clean build and test does not seem right.

E.g. for now you need to run the following to get clean build and test

mvn clean package -Dslider.conf.dir=<Full path to>/src/test/clusters/offline/slider/
