Ensure documents and metainfo.xml use/refer to consistent XML structure

The documents and metainfo.xml structure differ in the XML structure used. The documents refer to <application></application> containing components and the metainfo.xml contains <services><service></service><services> containing components.

As the applications are indeed referred to as Yarn apps the metainfo.xml should switch to the use of <application> as top level entity.
