Description

The package metadata is only supposed to be placed below META_INF (compare with http://jackrabbit.apache.org/filevault/metadata.html). But transformed packages have additional static metadata below jcr_root: https://github.com/apache/sling-org-apache-sling-feature-cpconverter/blob/acf8c533590b9a081d64ca8e4787bed600f36386/src/main/java/org/apache/sling/feature/cpconverter/vltpkg/VaultPackageAssembler.java#L255
