Add analyser which checks for certain id patterns

Sometimes the ids should be limited to e.g. certain classifiers only. In the context of AEMaaCS this is useful to restrict feature ids to classifiers supported in the docker build. Everything else is just disregarded. There may be other use cases though where feature ids should follow a certain format.
