DefaultVisitor, NoOpVisitor do not override new methods

the repoinit grammer has been extended by methods to remove entire policies or individual access control entries.
while the converter has been updated to use the latest sling.repoinit.parser dependency (SLING-11191) we forgot to override the new methods in the visitor implementations in the converter (and update the repoinit test cases).
