Set up Jira autolinks to all Sling Github projects

    Description

      It is now possible to set up autolinks for our GitHub projects using .asf.yaml, see https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/INFRA/Git+-+.asf.yaml+features#Git.asf.yamlfeatures-AutolinksforJira .

      We should push a similar change to all projects, and ensure that we have a comprehensive list of projects from the start. Initial proposals:

      • SLING
      • JCR
      • OAK
      • JCRVLT
      • INFRA
      • FELIX
      • MNG
