CP Converter doesn't handle Container packages correctly for calculating dependencies

The implementation of SLING-8396 doesn't handle lookup of packagetype correctly making container packages not being detected correctly for the dependency calculation which can lead to missing dependencies at runtime (as container packages are stripped out later)
