Copy sling_bootstrap.txt if contained in launchpad

If the launchpad artifact contains a sling_bootstrap.txt it should be copied into the sling home directory. Currently it is required to copy this manually or outside of Sling to this location.
With this feature, it is possible to just bundle this file with the launchpad
