Integration test for JAXB marhsalling

Add an integration test to verify that JAXB marshalling works out of the box, without touching the current thread's context ClassLoader.

I assume that this has recently improved due to the XML system bundle extension, and I'd like to have an IT in place to make sure it continues to work.
