Check/update jetty task in launchpad builder

The launchpad builder pom has a configuration for Jetty - I'm not sure what this is used for, but I'm pretty sure that it doesn't work the way it used to be after we have moved to the provisioning model.
We have to decide whether we keep it and adapt it - or if we remove it
