Add the Sling ScriptCache configuration applied by o.a.s.s.sightly.js.provider to the provisioning model

The ScriptCache configuration applied by the org.apache.sling.scripting.sightly.js.provider for caching JS scripts should be moved to the provisioning model, since the Sightly JavaScript Use Provider is already present in the launchpad.
