ReferrerFilter broken as legacy SCR Annotations are not processed

    Description

      The org.apache.sling.security-1.1.4 bundle is broken, since it uses the latest sling parent which no longer processes old SCR annotations. I will provide a patch to the sling team with converted annotations.
