Default user is karaf/karaf and not smx/smx in the distribution

The SMX4 assembly doesn't override the etc/users.properties file.
So the default user is karaf/karaf and not smx/smx (as before). It can be confusing for the users.

I'm going to override the etc/users.properties file in the assembly. The realm stay karaf.
