Add a new bundle for Lucene 3.0.1 (lucene-core) jar in order to support the latest version of the camel-lucene feature in Camel

The Lucene version in Camel has been recently upgraded to version 3.0.1. The current bundle available for Lucene in Servicemix 4 is 3.0.0.

I am submitting a patch to add a bundle that supports Lucene version 3.0.1.
