Website: Solr Downloads page incoherent about 8.11 branch security support

Section Solr 8.11.3 of the website's Solr Downloads page starts with the following sentence:

Solr 8.11.3 is the last release in the 8.x series.

Yet, the last section (About versions and support) contains a table which describes version 8.11.x as "Previous major version may sometimes receive critical bugfix releases".

The page is incoherent about whether or not a new Solr 8.11 version can be released to fix critical bugs. According to ASF member Jan Høydahl, 8.11.3 may not be the last Solr 8 release.
