Doc typo

From https://github.com/apache/lucene-solr/blob/trunk/solr/example/README.txt#L73 and https://github.com/apache/lucene-solr/blob/trunk/solr/server/README.txt#L108:

Jetty & Solr will log to the console a logs/solr.log.

(my bolding). I assume this is meant to say "and" instead of "a".
It also looks like the wrapping of that line is a bit off.
