[Install][Documentation] In spot-ingest, the wget wireshark url doesn't work

In online Documentation at: http://spot.incubator.apache.org/doc/#ingest

In the section for tshark installation, the code snippet where wireshark url is used is not working.

'wget https://1.na.dl.wireshark.org/src/wireshark-2.2.3.tar.bz2'

The content has been moved since the latest version of wireshark has been available.
