The --hive-delims-replacement option could replace \r\n or other custom delimiters

Currently, --hive-delims-replacement only replaces \n, \r, and \001. This could also replace \r\n in the future to accommodate windows users. Even better, would be to generally allow users to specify which delimiters they want to replace to accommodate hive tables with custom delimiters.
