Minor convenience feature - add flag to ant test to enable remote debugging

    Description

      Add a flag (remoteDebug) to ant test to switch on remote debugging (currently on port 2601), so the build.xml doesn't have to be modified to switch it on/off.

      New usage is ant test -DremoteDebug=true
