Warn if hive special arguments will be used without --hive-import

If hive special arguments (-hive-create-table) are used without (-hive-import) they are silently ignored which might lead to user confusion. I would suggest to print out warning in such case to help user understand correct usage (throwing exception would be even better, but that would break backward compatibility).
