Simplify Reengineer dependencies

Details

    Description

      POM files in Stanbol Reengineer state numerous dependencies on artifacts whose packages are not used.

      In addition, versions and scopes are still specified for artifacts already included in the Stanbol Parent POM.

      Include only essential dependencies in order to speed up debugging.
