Document "storm blobstore" to command-line-client.md

distcache-blobstore.md describes how to use Blobstore with CLI, but command-line-client.md misses `blobstore` option.

Since distcache-blobstore.md has complete guide of the usage, linking to blobstore page properly would be fine.
