Make trident Kafka Spout log its assigned partition

    Description

      Include taskID in logs generated by trident Kafka Spout. This is to maintain consistency between the plain Kafka Spout and trident Kafka Spout. Refer to STORM-2506 for detailed information about exact log lines where taskID field was added.
