Upgrade ZK instance for security

It would be great to have the ability to move an existing cluster with it's ZK from insecure to secure without wiping everything clean.  This does not allow for a rolling upgrade because the running topologies will not have the credentials that they need, but you don't need to do the manual step of deleting the root ZK node.
