Update tutorial in developer documentation

The archetype commands in the developer section of the documentation are outdated and still refer to version 0.64.0, which causes dependency problems.

The examples should be updated to the current version 0.66.0:

change archetypeVersion to 0.66.0

change archetypeGroupId to org.apache.streampipes
