Update maven-shade-plugin in flink archetype

Creating a SP Flink processor with the streampipes-archetype-pe-processors-flink archetype leads to an project which cannot be packaged.

It seems that the maven-shade-plugin is incompatible with Spring Boot
Updating it to 3.2.4 seems to work.
