Inproc test running does not work with java 8

    Description

      The class path for the isolated class loader used when running inproc within the plugin VM is missing surefire-api. God knows why this worked on earlier versions, or what insidious leakage caused this not to break. It seems like jdk8 is "right"; it's missing
