Have to say "No" multiple times to not accept server cert

    Description

      If you connect to a HTTPS server and haven't set up your
ssl-authorities-file option in the servers file, then you get this
message:

Error validating server certificate: Unknown certificate issuer. Accept? 
(y/N):

If you say N or n here, it comes back at you again two more times 
before the svn client quits.  It should quit after the first time.
