[PATCH] Make svn_load_dirs.pl support symlinks

    Description

      Patch by Peter Samuelson <peter_at_p12n.org>.  This patch extends
svn_load_dirs.pl to handle symlinks.  There was no response on the dev list.

I've filed it under the "tools" subcomponent, although the svn_load_dirs.pl
script is under the contrib subdirectory.
