Delete from repository, but keep the file

When you subversion an unwanted file, the only way to remove it from repository
is "Delete"... The problem happens when team-mates update their copy. SVN
deletes their file physically.

I would like a way to 'delete'/'remove' a file from the repository, but without
SVN to delete the file physically.
