Repartitioner::scheduleHashShuffledFetches should adjust the number of tasks

Even though Repartitioner::scheduleHashShuffledFetches gets the number of proper number of tasks for reoptimization, it does not adjust the number of tasks. It seems to be omitted in some change. This patch recovers the feature.
