Apache committers list

http://people.apache.org/committers-by-project.html#tamaya lists several individuals who no longer contribute to Tamaya and expressed they want to leave on the mailing lists.

Is it common, that lists like http://people.apache.org/committers-by-project.html#tamaya won't reflect that until a project may graduate from the incubator?

If not, the necessary ASF infra team members should be informed or those who are podling lead, etc. may be able to update that somewhere themselves.
