Improve the current Homepage:

Add intructory teasers
- Should be done in: templates/index.thyme in incubator-tamaya-site t[master]o appear on the base page
- better not duplicate contents from:
  - https://tamaya.apache.org/start.html
  - https://tamaya.apache.org/documentation/quickstart.html
Add a logo
Reduce the size of the incubator logo
