Misleading description of allowNull parameter of Parameter annotation in javadoc

The sentence:
"If true, and the parameter is bound, then the value for the parameter must not be null."
is little bit illogical.

Shouldn't be:
"If false, and the parameter is bound, then the value for the parameter must not be null."
