Make Dot/Diagram from scufl2

A simple example of a tool which can read a scufl2 file, and generate/add the dot/svg/png diagram of the workflow.

This can be useful for myExperiment (SCUFL2-25).

Note, for Taverna 3 the diagram itself might look quite different, and a snapshot of it should be included in the bundle.
