Workflow author image wrong in workflow list

Workflow 16 "Pathways and Gene annotations for QTL region" has the wrong author image when the app is started. It had Duncan Hull as the author when it should be Paul Fisher. When scrolling to the bottom of the list and back up the image is corrected. When scrolling to the top and using pull down to refresh the image is back to the wrong one.
I've seen this happening with lots of workflow. There seems to be something going wrong with the author name and images in the app
