Log count of different events if eventQueue has lot of events

    Description

      The default heart beat interval is 100ms which is a poor configuration for very big jobs and could lead to event queue quickly filling up. Logging number of events and it types once it crosses a threshold (For eg: every 200K/400K/600K, etc) will at least help see the problem while debugging.
