Add tez client submit host

JobSubmitter sets MRJobConfig JOB_SUBMITHOST and JOB_SUBMITHOSTADDR in the client when submitting a job.

Tez should log at least the submit host in the am config so that this detail can be tracked and job debugging can be less user intensive.
