TestHistoryParser fails with Hadoop 2.7

The application history server in the mini cluster on Hadoop 2.7 are started on ephemeral ports. This jira aims to remove the hard-coded 8188 port and instead uses the actual port the server comes up on which is updated and reflected in the mini cluster configuration.
